A "full to capacity" meeting arranged by Woodward Chartered Surveyors party wall experts Stephen Cornish and Reema Bharakda was held at The Case Is Altered in Eastcote last night.
The event was arranged on behalf of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and attended by 45 property professionals from the North and North West London area.
The attendees heard top Party Wall barrister Stuart Frame update members on recent High Court decisions that will change how surveyors draft the all-important Party Wall Award documentation for their clients.
Mr Cornish, a Fellow of the faculty and RICS said "Party Wall issues are complex and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors are committed to keeping their professional members right up to date for the benefit of their clients. Customers should always look to consult specialists when handling Party Wall matters as mistake can be costly."
