HMO case update for Landlords

New guidance for #Landlords who let a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).  In WOKING BOROUGH COUNCIL v MANDA MALU JOHNSON the High Court ruled the criteria of  "over 3 floors" includes any ground floor below a flat, including commercial.  Thanks to @currypopeck for this update.
