What is a week like for the region’s leading firm of residential Chartered Surveyors?
Well, last week was busy as usual for the team at Woodward Chartered Surveyors.
Stephen Cornish FRICS was inspecting flats for Lease Extensions in Stanmore, Harrow Weald, Northwood, had two Party Wall inspections in Northwood and one in Teddington.
Our Architectural Guru Tim Harris MMBEng; MRICS worked on several projects during the week, including the re-application of a building for a private school in Harrow, finalising completed works on a school extension housing changing rooms in Harrow and signing off a schedule of works on a block of flats in London.
James Bush MRICS did Building Surveys in London E17, Rayners Lane, Hammersmith in West London, a Probate Valuation in Harrow on the Hill, and surveys for home buyers in West Hampstead, Barnet and Uxbridge.
Mike Weaver FRICS completed Building Surveys in Slough and Pinner, a special flat survey for a home buyer in Ealing and a Structural Investigation in Harrow.
Kate Farrar MRICS had a very complicated Building Survey in the beautiful village of Sarratt, another in Rickmansworth and, staying in Rickmansworth a further House Purchase survey.
Steve Hipperson MRICS was first in Hillingdon and then Hayes for two House Purchase surveys for home buyers and then a big Building Survey in Chalfont St Peter.
And helping them all do this is the back-up team of Ann, Elaine, Kerry, Reema and Stephen; giving quotes, getting appointments made, processing Terms, payments, having reports typed and advising customers on the best type of survey for them.
Just a typical week then!
